Clinical Cancer Registries in Bavaria

Starting with only half of the counties in 1998, since 1st of January 2002 information about cancers diagnosed in Bavaria is collected statewide. Hospitals, physicians and dentists report all newly detected malignant tumours to the corresponding regional clinical registries, most of them being located in tumour centres:
